Fnb shares money ****** compromised platform

This is my second hellopeter report regarding fnb

Two weeks ago i highlighted loss of money due to fnb shares placing incorrect trade prices on my portfolio in 3 different occasions

Two weeks late despite coming on here on this very platform saying they would address

Nothing has been done

The case is clear as day they is no excuse for the time taken to address

They have all the relative proof via screenshots to show what transpired and that they are in fact liable for loss

Taking to weeks to accept responsibility for thier compromised platform of which I pay for I might add

Is simply unacceptable
