FNB Shares

<p>The JSE changed the normal 5-day to completion to 3-days. And FNB shares send an email (once, which could just as well be spam) stating I should acknowledge the change and that I won’t be able to transact until I do. Which fine since I only want to know the balances for now.</p> <p>But FNB Shares went and completely locked me out of my account. So I phoned and was told to fill in and sign a four page document. Which I also did but now my account is still not active and I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone.</p>
