FNB SHAREBROKERS WITHHOLDING WITHDRAWAL SEVERAL DELAYS

Fnb sharebrokers do not care for clients

To get one’s own money MY MONEY is always a song and dance

Yesterday I was due to have monies available for withdrawal

They had 6 days to make available for withdrawal

Yesterday the funds were still not available for withdrawal I was told they would be today

12 pm last night into the new day they were not available

3am checked again still not available

8am this morning finally 7 days later Funds available to withdraw however now I according ti the fnb they will only reflect tomorrow

ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

IF THEY WERE MADE AVAILABLE AT 12pm WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN I WOULD HAVE WITHDRAWN AND THEY WOULD HAVE REFLECTED SOMETIME TODAY

I have debits to pay TODAY

I requested to Fnb to insure and immediate reflection would be done and they refuse to help

This knowing full well 7days have passed to even be able to withdraw in the first place

They are so inflexible and not understanding of clients situation it’s border line infuriating

These are not their monies

This money is my money not there’s yet out access to our monies is so difficult

It’s not acceptable
