Last week I petitioned to you for your assistance in a urgent release of my funds

I played nice with you requesting urgent assistance siting an emergency

It’s now 5 days later and my funds are not released

I understand policy but in view of emergencies you should have contingency in pace within your policy

You inflexible attitude has left me in spot of bother to say the absolute least

It’s amazing how YOU FNB TAKE YOUR PIECE OF THE PIE THROUGH YOUR PERCENTAGE OF A TRADE IMMEDIATELY

YET CLIENT FUNDS TAKE DAYS TO CLEAR

This is not a way you should be looking after loyal clients

Emergencies happen

Clients need access at time when unexpected

Wether it be financial, medical etc etc

But you policy doesn’t seem to care for those who invest thier money in your platform which essentially pays for the running of your business

You would do well to remember you are not the only brokerage out there
