FNB: Share Saver Investment

FNB (Share Saver Investment): I have been struggling for more than a month to close my account. I have spend more than 100 minutes (airtime) to solve this issue with no success. Why do you offer a service without any service? Why is it so difficult to close the account? Why does no one answer the telephone it this department?
