FNB Share investors deportment is useless!

I called, they dont answer, when someone did answer, he referred me to a department that put the phone down in my ear and now no one answers anymore. How pathetic is this service? The departments on the phone directory service and the guy answering the phone are clearly not the same, as you just get diverted the whole time, maybe because no one there knows what they actually should be able to do in their job!
