FNB SHARE INVESTOR TRADING APP MISINFORMATION

FNB Share Investor app platform does not truthfully reflect the actual share trading prices. Blatant misinformation.

In my case, a share reflected on the FNB trading platform as BUYING@ R0.75 and SELLING@ R0.75 is bold faced misinformation.

Having had my SELL order rejected twice on this stock, I contacted the FNB Share Investor help line over 2 consecutive days and was advised that, whilst BUYING is indeed @ R 0.75, when wanting to SELL, the market is offering @ R 0.51. This is Inexcusable considering this has been the case for for this stock for almost a week and the application is purportedly updated periodically each day.

Despite walking through the application real time with the help agent, he smokescreened by insisted I should check the JSE trading sites, yet, the entire point of the whole point FNB application is to make trading easier and user friendly.

I have been adamant that I expect feedback, so let us see how concerned they truly are.
