FNB Share Investor Account Closure Not Done

I have sent an email asking FNB to close my share investor account as it does not benefit me in anyway actually the money I habe put in I have lost almost 70% with no gain, I asked them to close the account and give me whatever is left I am not happy because no one has contacted me withing the 48 hour period that was listed after sending the email requesting closure of this account.
