FNB share investment division is just a bunch of *********

I hate FNB share investments division, because I owed some fee, they decided to sell my shares without first informing me of their intentions, all they did was to think of recovering what they deem theirs. I'm forced to sell the remainder of the portion left as I don't ever want to do business with them again. How do you treat a customer like that, what I know is that you should contact the customer and advise them of your intentions then her their thoughts but for FNB, it's all about profits.
