FNB Share Investing and Online Banking

Hi.

I've been trying to open an FNB Share Investor Account since May this year but both the Online Banking and FNB APP throw an error and says they are still processing the application. I've gone through a process several times, whereby I try to apply online on my own, get an error, call FNB Share Investing, who ask ask me to log on again and apply exactly the same way, I get the exact same error, they ask me to try again so that I copy the screen shot error and email it **********
I sent an email to FNB Client Care on 5 May and they called a few days after, transfered me to Cash Investments who don't deal with shares, they transfered me to the same department that made me go throught the same process again.

9 May - I emailed ********** with screen shot of cellphone and online banking error
*Got a reply from: ********** -9 May
**Your query has been sent through to the relevant FNBOnline and FNBApp production support areas and we will advise as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience to you.

9 May - Another reply from: ********** />**Please confirm whether you tried the account opening via APP today – 09/05/2017?
* I rep**** that I'd been trying both the APP and Online Banking for several days, including this day
and sent the screen shots again.

10 May - Another reply from: ********** />**Thank you for the feedback.
Will advise asap.

2 June - After waiting for long without a reply I sent another email to: ********** /> *I sent an email advising that I've closed the TaxFree Share Account with FNB and am still waiting for the Share Investor account to be opened.

21 July - Even today the online profile throws an error and there has been no response. I also get an SMS "We are working on your application" with REF: ********** ********** , it's the same SMS I always get with a different REF number.

FNB is my main bank, my salary goes into the Cheque account, I have a housing bond with them, all Savings with them, and previously had TaxFree Shares. I've had issues in the past, when I app**** for a Credit Card and was declined because their system doesn't recognise that the bond goes off from my wife's account, therefore they say I can't afford a credit card. I had to apply with ABSA my previous bank, and was successful and I only use the card for airport car rentals. I app**** for their SIM card and they said I can't afford it, so I went to Cell C and was successful. Now it's Share Investments, I assume I have to go to ABSA again. The only reason I'd stayed with FNB was because of the eBucks reward system, but it's not worth it if the service is this bad.
