FNB Share Investing - a deeper hole than a galactic black hole

Against advice I have been using share investing at FNB instead of getting an independent broker. I am yet again simply getting ignored. The auto reply says to mark my message urgent if it is - I did that and still spectacular silence after yet another auto reply. I now have two requests that are being ignored - one for three weeks!
