FNB Share invest made over R8000 in fees for nothing please dont invest with them its ****

I have been an FNB loyal client for many years but cannot stand the service I have received on my share saver account. Today I purchased 22000 RMB shares but instead of making one transaction I had to make 64 transactions because the app did not allow me to buy more than 350 shares at a time, all the while staying continuously on hold for some to answer my call at FNB share invest. I should have paid a broker fee R130 but ended up spending broker fees of R8320 for no good reason, with no support from FNB. The last time I went through a similar issue was a promised a refund but this never took place. I did not want to miss the oppurtunity to buy the shares and continued with the purchase but FNB got over R8000 for nothing, if the money is not refunded I will be taking the matter to FSCA and cancelling all accounts with FNB as this is really unfair buisness practices. please be cautious when investing with FNB share invest
