FNB Shameful Service regarding Credit Card
FNB CREDIT CARD: Advertising suggests that FNB is an easy way to order a credit card online. In my case, their advertising was grossly misleading. After 3 weeks, and hours on the phone, my credit card was finally delivered. I activated it, only to discover that the available balance was ZERO.
I went into the Branch in PMB, and was made to sit on the phone with another person in JHB, after a 40 min call, they promised me the problem would be fixed by latest 27 August. Now 28 August, and nothing has happened. In my opinion FNB has no sense of urgency, and their automated phone service is an utter DISASTER, when you finally get a human being on the phone, you end up getting transferred back to a BOT.
When you go into a bank, a human being working there should be able to assist you, in my experience, the bank employees rely on the automation too much, and don't do their jobs properly. I took a health risk going into a Bank during the COVID-19 pandemic for no reason, I should have walked out with a solution. Instead, I received bad service, and no solution to my problem.
