Fnb - Shame on you
Wallet was ****** ,Called the bank they said that a new card was on its way..Charged R160 when I checked my app without anyone informing me that there was a fee or when it would go off

I am not happy..I was advised on the 2nd of May that my card would be delivered tomorrow.
I then get a call yesterday that the my card will only be delivered within 5 working days.
This is not acceptable as i have been left without a card for almost 10 days.
