I have been trying to obtain a settlement letter for almost two weeks. Been calling and emailing daily and my level of frustration has just reached boiling point. Being passed on from one *********** consultant to the next. ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY! WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS PROCESS SO HARD
