Fnb settlement agreement is crazy!

I got an email from Revco saying that they are offering a discount on my FNB cheuqe account that has an overdraft. I called and they advised that the discount will be based on the condition that FNB will never again grant me credit in any way shape or form. I find this ridiculous as I have been an FNB customer for 20 years and have a platinum business account with FNB as well as a few investments. Surely this is not allowed? If I am in position to settle the account, that means I am doing better financially, so why not grant me credit ever again? I have also been trying to get hold of FNB to settle my credit card and loan but land up holding on for a really long time.
