FNB service's sucks

I am furious with FNB. They do not even earn a 1 star rating in my eyes. I have been struggling with my credit card for ever and a day. I reported ***** on my card years ago and since then my profile has been blocked, Every time I want to transact on my account nobody can help me because of the ***** hold. Beware people never report any ***** on your account, it is not the gangsters that will suffer but you will not be able to access your accounts anymore.

Yesterday I wanted to use my credit card and it was declined. What an embarrassment. Today I tried to find out why, just to realize that my card was blocked. Nobody in the bank can assist me. According to the ***** department my card was in arrears, but FNB has a debit order to deduct my monthly installment from my bank account. My bank balance is more that sufficient to cover the outstanding amount of my credit card four times. No debit order was returned. I still have three times the amount owed available on my credit card, Heaven knows why my card was blocked.

Credit card cannot unblock my card because of the ***** hold. The ***** division cannot assist me because they blame credit card. Again and again I have been sent from pillar to post without any success. FNB's service is shocking. Think twice before you open an account with FNB.
