FNB services in regretful question, and response.

Upon my rush into FNB private client services, I get told I must book an appointment. So my Aunt's telegram was hacked. And a guy the name of Hector Mlungisi account number *** for discovery bank. Hacked my Aunt's telegram and posed as her. I then was a victim of the *****, I sent money to his account thinking it's my Aunt given her husband is undergoing arm operations. Later the day I realize as he ask for more money a third time. Then I contacted my aunt only to find he details and number has been hacked. I rush to FNB private services where they tell me to call online , and I need to book an appointment if I require help. Even in a situation of such I was turned away being a private client at FNB. I then call on line state my case of *****. Open a case at the police station as well case number cas 564/7/2024 and send all this to FNB investigator to take up with discovery regarding there client Hector who is using them as a bank to commit *****. FNB later giving me a failed attempt from there investigator service's I take upon myself to call discovery bank and find that they have not even blocked hectors account. Therefore being apart of the ***** incident. As neither have stopped and fulfilled there standards. FNB how can I help. Discovery being voted the number one bank.
