Just two things FNB. Firstly, can you stop phoning me from ***! I answer and then either the phone gets hung up on me or it is just breathing on the other side! It is weird and I feel the same about these calls as I do about robots calling me. Secondly, I had to get a new credit card because the other one expired. Can you just say who is trying to take money off the card when you send an sms?? I forgot about Spotify and Netflix. Now I have to pay R8 per time they try and take money?? So the card doesn’t exist and they can’t get money out of the account but you charge me for every time someone tries to take money out of the account. That means you charge me almost R100 for a card that doesn’t exist?? I think if a card expires then you should stop charging for it??? I don’t care if those two companies throws me off!! I will give them the new details when I want to join again!!
