by increasing your credit limit your automatically get moved to something you do not want. Now i have 2 Premier Credit cards & a Private client credit card that I DO NOT WANT. Why do they make your life so difficult and want to make changes when you do not ask for it. I am sitting for 2 days now and 5 cards that was delivered to get it off my name so i can carry on with my life. Busako that took my call to sort this out promised me high and low to phone me back.... WELL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK TO SORT THIS OUT.

WHY GO TO DRASTIC MEASURES TO GET A COMPLAINT SORTED. WHY NOT JUST SPEND THE TIME ON 1 THING, SORT IT OUT AND MOVE TO ANOTHER...... THEY WANT TO SQUEEZE 1000 CLIENTS IT - BUT SERVICE TERRIBLE AT THE END OF DAY AS THEY CANT FINISH ANYTHING.........................
