FNB SERVICES ARE PATHETIC

I have been banking with FNB for more than 11 Years now .I am so called private wealth client but i wouldnt advice anyone to open a bank account with FNB.FNB services is pathetic in so many ways.I have been applying for a home loan they are not approving my application yet all others banks have approved .I was hoping since im their client they would consider my application with a fair interest rate.Furthemore i app**** on the 31 May 2022 only getting a feedback today the 23rd June 2022 that it has been declined.

I also feel FNB private bankers are useless.It is better not to have one because they are just useles and incompeten***** better to deal directly with consultants so you get first hand information than to have a statue that block you from getting through for further interventions.

I have lodge a complaint but until today no one has ever bothered to call me about a complaint ive lodged.

Wuu hhay shame its like im banking with a fly by night bank.Ive lost love for FNB .If i see anything that has to do with Fnb i can just ....... Its even better to deal with capitec because you know there is nothing much to expect from them because ya
