FNB SERVICES ARE DETERIORATING & PRICING IS RIDICULOUS

FNB SERVICES ARE DETERIORATING, I got charged R160 to replace my 10year old daughters fnby card. Today 19/01/26 I started a secure chat at 14:28, I get assigned a service advisor Bongiwe and it is now 15:23 and I am still told "I will be with you shortly" one hour!
