Hello Peter please help with Fnb I went to the branch Soshanguve mall on the 24 December 2025 to down grade the from premium account to Easy account and the consultant said he down grade it but I'm suprise till today I'm still paying R275 month and in January I paid again R275 monthly fee I went to the branch bloed mall Pretoria they said it has been down grade still today I didn't get help I spoke to 2 lady on chat and they said I must the minus on my account it will be down grade another said I must wait for 14 days I will get help till today my account is on minus with that R275 monthly fee which I told them to cancelled it
