FNB service very bad for my liking

Service at FNB is very bad, how can I golf on the phone until my airtime is finished? They transfer you and then the phone keeps quiet, mxm

I have 2 requests, I want to block *****, Uber eats has been taking 90 Rands plus or minus from my account for 3 months. And FNb isn't picking up

2. I need a private banker, don't know how to get it coz they don't pick up, FNB will lose customers because of this
