FNB ***** service unacceptable

I, Pieter de Wet have been ****med by a person who, WITHOUT my permission, created a loan of R200 000 on my FNB account. He also increased my Credit limit to R300 000 which he withdrew both amounts from my account. I had to open personal loans of R65 000 as well as R15 000 to cover my monthly expenses, which he also withdrew from my account... How is it possible that somebody else, creates a loan on MY account, WITHOUT FNB responding to see if it was me, the account holder? OR check my creditability?? I have been a loyal FNB client for 44 years and NEVER made use of a loan, except for the two loans above. I did however have an overdraft.
