Fnb service terrible

I had my account ****med and have been following fnb to get feedback of my ***** case to this day not even an email from fnb ,tried the chat on fnb app and I was told that I will get a proper explaination as to what happens as the banker said to me I was unsuccessful yet my money was used by someone unknown to me and fnb did not bother to let me know what happened not even notifications were sent to me as money was being used from my account
