FNB SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Hi, I had a revolving account with FNB which is now taking forever to be closed. I had settled the amount and when I requested to close it, I was told that I need to pay an extra amount. I did pay that extra amount. However the account was still not closed. I called them again to close the account, I was told again to make another payment and that it will take 48hrs to close the account. To my surprise the account is still active. They have now debited another amount from my account without informing me of any progress of the closure. FNB really sucks.. I would not recommend anyone to bank with them. I am ****ed off right now...
