FNB SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Poor service yet again from Fnb. My card declined while there is money in the account. I can't access my online banking due to system failure, I call and Kirsten refused with her surname tells me after she sighs that try again later with an arrogant and rude tone. Shame that was the last time expect a cancelation of my account. I'm beyond ****ed right now and I have tolerated enough nonsense from you all.
