FNB SERVICE SUCKS!!!

Last month I had cancelled my debit order and was even made to listen to terms and conditions when I went to Lenasia branch. I was given the assurance that it was stopped by the consultant. Lo and behold this morning at 03h00 the debit order goes off and now am also being charged for unpaid debit order. I told FNB that the reason for stopping debit order is that I pay it in cash. What was the use of letting me call your customer care line, going through and I was even called by the supplier to confirm that the debit order was cancelled. Wow you never cease to amaze me with incompetence
