Fnb service sucks

Fnb is absolutely ridiculous. They offer no assistance whatsoever. I have tried multiple times to order my carss with them but they never notify me its there and then destroy it before I could even pick up. Blaming the courier. Im sorry, did I pick your courier comp ay or did they??? So who’s flipping responsibility is it to follow up!?? More than two occasions now I have not received my cards. Now I have no access to my credit card funds and to top it all off they debited me in the middle of the month leaving me with very little funds in the only account I can access. It was an unauthorised transaction so technically its theft. They however cannot assist me. And have left me penny less and very frustrates.
