FNB Service SUCKS

Disgusting way in way FNB conducts its affairs. My account got BLOCKED by some fool at FNB for no reason at all. According to the agent my account can please placed on hold for NO REASON at all. The latest excuse was it need a deposit, with a balance standing at over R100k. What deposit is needed?????????????????? Calls get cut off and the agent you dealing with doesn't even have the courtesy to call you back.
