FNB service standards decline daily

Absolutely ********** service. I am trying to get assistance with ceding a policy to my home loan and I have been sent from pillar to post. It is a deliberate tactic which benefits them as they continue to deduct funds from me. FNB is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I have been given a total of 6 numbers and no one can help me at those numbers. Really pathetic. Thanks for absolutely nothing FNB
