FNB service standards at all time low

FNB does not even deserve the one star that inahve given them in this review. In what is typical of them, they still have not reverted with a response to my query ***NF despite having written communication with them since the 18th December. Today is the 31st December and the matter has still not been finalised. This is an all time low, even for you FNB. This delay tactic so that you continue to deduct monies from me is not surprising.
