FNB service... Sorry, let me tranfer you... ... beeeep

Im considering moving from my current bank to FNB Ive just spent 42min and 7 agents later trying to connect to a private banker with no luck, this is EXTREMELY frustrating! All i get is, Sorry, let me transfer you... ... my patience then left the building

I actually can't complain about their service, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT

Clearly FNB is not the bank for me!
