FNB service provider CAR LICENCES. Do not use

I'm usually a fan of FNB but they are using a service provider that is providing poor service viz CAR LICENCES (PTY) LTD. I tried to renew my car licence on 14 september 2021 using the nav car option on fnb. All the initial charges and payments went through. On 17 september 2021 it said the renewal was complete and I should wait for the courier. 14 working days is what is given as the lead time. It's now 19 working days. I've contacted FNB who contacts the service provider who says there is a delay. Initially they said they had the package. Now they say the delay is at the licensing department. Having called the company they also initially told me there was a delay but nothing further. I would at least appreciate being told what the delay is esp as I could have gone to the post office and done this myself. Instead I thought I was saving myself time at a premium cost which is now completely a waste.
