Fnb service - pathetic as usual

I received an email advising me that FNB could not assist me with my home loan insurance complaint and that I should contact the insurers of my property directly, an email that originated from Banzi Manona (***).

I made no such complaint to FNB homeloans. A week ago I enquired regarding this complaint that I supposedly made, no reply. Not even an acknowledgement of my email requesting further information.

It has become the norm for me to complain on this platform in order to get any sort of assistance or service from FNB. FNB's service is pathetic as usual, no surprises there.
