FNB service not up to par!!! Tired of receiving the worst service ever!!!

Once again, I am not a happy customer of FNB. The number of problems I have with FNB is beyond mentioned on this platform. At least one of my problems have been sorted out now, thank you for that. Let's see if you can get this complains resolved as well.

I have been a customer of FNB from the beginning of the year. I started with a Aspire cheque account and was promoted to another account and now I am a private banking client. I guess this is done due to the fact of my salary that was getting bigger.

Well, about 5 months back I tried to apply for a credit account and an overdraft. This keeps declining. After many enquires, I was advised that it was due to a credit card I had with FNB very long ago, and due to this FNB refused to approve my application for a credit card. This is according to me unfair Patrice FNB is applying. I want to know why FNB still holding old debt that was prescribed as per act 68 of 1969 and do not give you a clean slate. After all, I am a private banker but a not enjoy the full benefits thereof. Also, my Get Bucks was also cancelled as per FNB my account is not in good standing. After investigations it came to my attention that it is due to the OLD DEBT - CREDIT CARD that is causing this.

A lot of emails was forwarded to FNB card collections, but it seems they are not interstate to assist you to get this matter solved. All they need to do, is to remove the pre-scriped credit card from my name and then I would get approved.

I am trying to build a credit history with FNB but if I am applying for something then I get declined due to the old credit card.

My funeral policy is with FNB. I also asked numerous times to be contact for a retirement annunity, but that request was denied as no one from FNB even bothered to contact me back in regard to that. It seems to me FNB is making enough money.

I also forwarded an email to the will department asking if my partner also can do a will with them or how does it work. I received an email with the forms, filled it in and submit it. I received an email that I must look on my banking app at my will, download signed and forward it back to FNB. But nowhere on the app I see the will. So, tell me how do you access it???

So FNB, do you guys want my business, or must I contact Absa or Standard bank, these two banks phone me each and every week to take my business over to them, but I declined as I want to stay at FNB.

So, it is up to you FNB. I want answers and I want answers asap.

I hope the CEO of FNB will saw these complains and see how the bank is managed.

I am really fed up with this level of services I just keep receiving from FNB!!
