FNB Service not playing fair.

Good Day,

I am highly disappointed with FNB I have had my account with FNB since I was in my 20's so (2004).

For the past year FNB has always given me the ability to access The Temporary Loan facility. Now out of no where they decide not to offer me this service.

I am by no means abusing your offer as I pay it off with interest every month, yes I know recently some loan companies got hold of my details and went about checking my ID number to check if they could phone me for a loan and now this has negatively effected my credit scoring and there seems there is nothing on ITC,s side to fix this.

The only reason I use the FNB temp loan facility is that at the company I'm currently with, they don't always pay commission on time. But this will not be a problem in the future as I am starting a new job with a top company on the 1st of June.

I am not moving my account as FNB has normally served all my needs.

Please look into this matter as I have always appreciated FNB going above and beyond and I hope FNB feels that I have never abused this friendship. For example a month ago I used The FNB slow lounge and on entry I asked do I qualify to use this facility? The FNB Employee did not inform me that because I do not have a credit card with FNB I would be liable for the R500 fee. I accepted the mistake I feel she made and did not contest it further. We need trust back in our Banks not computer generated opinions.

I'm starting to feel there is no point for humans at Banks as their stock standard answer is "the computer said......"

Lastly my wife and I share a joint account why does her good credit rating not get taken into consideration?

Warmest regards John Michael Davidson

Good Day, I find it highly disturbing that FNB has not even contacted me. You don't even seem to care it's so opposite to your advertising. Get personal human interaction and support when you are an FNB client 25/7. It seems my wife gets better service on her Capitec Account. With FNB I'm a faceless number. Just a once a month salary just an over charged customer who get nothing for their money. Sad...... John Davidson
