FNB Service non exsistant

I have just bought a house and require Guarantee documents for the purchase.I signed the papers on Wednesday the 6th of March, the last outstanding document was handed in on the 7th of March. I was told that there would be a turn around of 72 hours. Then there were errors on the papers and I had to return to resign last week Monday the 11th of March, again 72 hours there from no delivery. Update on Monday that it would be treated as urgent, still nothing.

Please note that I am now holding FNB accountable for any additional costs that might occur due to their delay. Should the registration of this property not take place before the end of April when I have to move out of the current place, the additional occupational rent will be for First National Banks account!

This is unacceptable.
