FNB service non excistent.

I have submitted a chargeback request of the 15th of May 2024. I am getting confusing and unhelpful responses.

When I reply on a mail and ask for clarity weeks seem to go by without any confirmation or response.

It seems the FNB folks cannot read and comprehend basic emails, they don't even understand their own documents.
