FNB Service no longer exists

FNB service has gone from good to extremely poor in every respect. I have been a Private Wealth client for many years. I have a problem with a card transaction. At first FNB warned me of a suspicious transaction, and I managed to stop it going through. The *****sters kept trying to get it through and eventually succeeded. I disputed the transaction and FNB reversed it and stopped the card. They then allowed the transaction to go through a cancelled card. My personal banker is useless and has done nothing. I have tried card division no luck. I can't use my card, but the *****sters can. FNB needs to take a good look at the way they used to operate, or I will move to another bank.
