FNB SERVICE LEVELS ARE VERY POOR

I am a private wealth client paying high fees every month. However the service I receive from the private wealth suite is not worth the fees. I logged a query on the 2 March 2023. I keep getting emails my query is closed, when I never got a respond as to how they closed my matter. When I call the suite they transfer me to private clients and private clients transfer me back to private wealth and so on. My matter is still not resolved.
