FNB service is trash
FNB failed to assist me for almost a year, I did a refund and when the money came in it went out immediately in a way that I didn’t even receive a notification I saw these transactions on my statement..I’ve been querying my money but no one is assisting. This is such terrible service from FNB and I trusted them, not sure how many times I called and being told we will escalate till to date they’re still escalating.

I’m still not yet assisted, they tried calling me however I couldn’t pick the call at that time , wrote back to them via mail sent, asking FNB to call me till to date no response or call.
Not sure how the FNB team operates.
At this point I’m starting to think I’ll never get my money.
