FNB service is toxic

Fnb blocked my account its been 3 months now and each time when i call they say the investigator assigned to your case tried to call you but they couldn't get hold of you which is a lie. I send emails to the investigator but not even a response i got from him. His name is Sibusiso fumi. Its very bad service and they are holding clients money in that account. I dont recommend FNB very toxic service and very rude consultants.
