FNB service is terrible
<p>Banking with this bank for 4 years now, and this year they are falling appart, I have a loan with them, I recenetly changed address, went into the bank change recidency and now all of a sudden they dont have my proof. I dont have any proof as I dont have any clothing or cell phone account just to get R2000 extra on my loan that I app**** for a week back, to fix my car and they come up with all this ****.</p>

Still nothing, also fax the proof of residence to FNB and still after f-ing 10 messages today they still send me messages to send proof of residence, Seriously, the load was made a week ago a week already and still FNB after everything I already did as ask , FNB is still at squere one *** is going on
