FNB Service is permanently out of order

I have written a complaint about the lack of service and rude customer service 2 weeks ago. Seems like FNB is too busy collecting cash and forgetting to deliver any type of service whatsoever. You can read my previous complaint if someone should call me. To the person who reads this be aware of large companies like these that is very quick to take your money and sign you up, when it comes to giving service which you pay for you can know you won't get any. The email on their website is for solitaire entries as no one has ever responded in 8 years to that email online on the website. FNB you should be ashamed making people pay for service they are not getting when they ask for help they either don't get any or gets charged ridiculous amounts for what?
