FNB service is pathetic , never ever make a mistake of banking with them

I am really so annoyed and tired of fnb every month there’s an issue and i am always fighting for service. All my debits go off on the 25th of each month, i was asked to make arrangements for December debits and i indicated that they can start debiting my account from the 23rd. To my surprise now in January i keep receiving messages that my i am in arrears with my fnb loan , meaning fnb didn’t collect it. I log into the bank app to enquirer why it was not debited they tell me it was an error on their system, it held it back and i will have to make arrangements to pay it because at the end of the day its my responsibility to pay it and not theirs to debit it.
