Fnb service is pathetic!

I'm so sick of Fnb. I have tried to contact them but I'm being transferred from pillar to post. I am being charged bank charges twice in one month which is ridiculous. CAN SOMEONE FROM FNB CONTACT ME URGENTLY OR I WILL CLOSE THIS DAM ACCOUNT!
