FNB service is Pathetic and a bad joke!

To make any remarks as to the pathetic and poor service from FNB would be giving it far too much praise! the sheer lack and absence of any service at all is more accurate!

All i require is an increase on my credit card limit, but have been faced with 30 minute wait times before a call is even answered, lies about how a second income cannot be added in to calculate a new limit and when finally provided info on how to do this when i sent in my documents i got a response requesting the documents i literally submitted.... the level of incompetence shown is terrifying considering this is supposed to be a financial institute that handles peoples monies and "advises" them financially, this is a terrifying prospect. the incompetence of this bank is boundless and I fear supporting such a negligent institute to be a grave and fatal error on any member of the public.

and to make all these matters all the more worse, i am a private banker with FNB!

I would strongly guard against entrusting your finances to such an institution.
