Fnb Service is pathetic

An unauthorized debit order went off my account. When I called the called center I get transferred from pillar to post. I then wait so long on the phone that even the waiting line song changes. I still cannot get my money returned/refunded.

Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!! And this is not the first time.

Closing all my Business and personal accounts immediately!
